Ethics, transparency and whistleblowing channel
At Jove Group, we are firmly committed to ethics, transparency and accountability. We provide all those covered by our Corporate Code of Conduct with an accessible and confidential Whistleblowing Channel through which they can report any breaches, irregularities or misconduct identified in the course of their professional activities.
This channel reinforces our culture of integrity, regulatory compliance and zero tolerance towards any conduct that goes against our values.
Customer focus and a responsible value chain
Our commitment to corporate social responsibility is also reflected in the quality of our products and services, and in our focus on customer satisfaction as the foundation for long-lasting relationships built on trust. This focus does not end with the product itself, but extends across the entire value chain.
As part of our commitment to the industrial sector, we actively support our suppliers and wider supply chain, assisting them with approval processes and with obtaining the certifications required by highly regulated sectors such as shipbuilding and defence.

In doing so, we generate shared value and contribute to a stronger, more responsible supply chain, prepared to compete in strategic markets over the long term
