Since its inception, Jove Group has developed its business with a responsible vision, rooted in respect for people, the environment and the communities in which it operates. As part of this vision, the Group is making steady progress in integrating ESG criteria into the way it works, with the aim of strengthening a sustainable, coherent growth model aligned with the expectations of its stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers, partners and society.

This ESG approach serves as a framework for the group’s actions in the environmental, social and governance spheres, always taking a realistic and responsible approach that is aligned with the group’s industrial activities.

Jove Group works to minimise the environmental impact of its operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement in environmental matters, promoting responsible practices across both production and project development. To this end, the Group is progressively implementing an Integrated Management System focused on quality, safety and the environment; incorporating environmental best-practice criteria into project planning and execution; sharing good environmental practice guidelines in the workplace; providing internal awareness-raising and training on environmental care and protection; and continuously improving energy efficiency, responsible resource use and waste management.
