Torrelavega, 24 July 2026
Jove Group had the honour of welcoming today at its headquarters in Torrelavega the institutional visit of the Second Admiral Chief of Naval Staff (2nd AJEMA), Admiral Gonzalo Sanz Alisedo, accompanied by Captain of the Navy Diego Carriazo, Captain of the Navy Jorge Hernández de Arnijo and Colonel (Ret.) Ramón Pérez Alonso.
During the visit, the representatives of the Spanish Navy were able to gain first-hand knowledge of the activity of the companies that make up Jove Group, as well as their industrial, technological and engineering capabilities for the naval, defence and industrial sectors.

The occasion served to share the trajectory of a business group with more than five decades of experience serving its clients, along with the projects and challenges it currently faces in both domestic and international markets.
During this institutional visit, the agreement was signed by which Jove Group joins as a Bronze Sponsor of the Centenary of the Training Ship Juan Sebastián de Elcano, a commemoration of great significance for the Spanish Navy and for the national maritime sector as a whole.

This sponsorship reflects JOVE Group’s commitment to the promotion and preservation of Spanish maritime heritage, as well as its support for an institution that, for one hundred years, has embodied the values of excellence, discipline, training and international projection associated with the Training Ship Juan Sebastián de Elcano.
For Jove Group, taking part in this commemoration is a source of particular pride, contributing to the recognition of one of the most representative symbols of the Spanish Navy and of the maritime tradition of our country.
Jove Group wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Admiral Gonzalo Sanz Alisedo, Captain of the Navy Diego Carriazo, Captain of the Navy Jorge Hernández de Arnijo and Colonel (Ret.) Ramón Pérez Alonso for their visit, the interest shown in our activity and the opportunity to share a day of great significance for both institutions.
