Ethics, quality and governance
Integrity, transparency and rigour guiding every decision and process.
Ethics, quality and good governance are fundamental pillars at Jove Group and form part of our approach to business management and industrial activity. We operate according to principles of integrity, transparency and accountability, with the aim of ensuring that our actions are consistent, reliable and aligned with our values.
This approach strengthens the trust of customers, employees, suppliers and partners, and contributes to the long-term strength and sustainability of the Group. These are not principles that simply exist in a document; they form the basis on which decisions are made and relationships are built.
Ethics and responsible conduct
At Jove Group, we promote an ethical culture based on respect, integrity and responsibility in all our professional relationships. Our Code of Ethics and Conduct provides the framework that guides the behaviour of the people who form part of the Group, as well as our relationships with third parties.
This commitment is based on responsible and transparent conduct, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, zero tolerance towards any form of misconduct and the promotion of professional relationships built on trust and mutual respect. An ethical culture does not depend on who is watching, but on who we are.
Good governance and responsible management
Jove Group promotes sound governance principles aimed at responsible, robust management aligned with the Group’s strategy. Decision-making is based on rigour, consistency and long-term vision, ensuring that every action is supported by an appropriate framework of control and oversight.
Our approach to governance includes a clear definition of roles and responsibilities, the identification and responsible management of corporate risks, oversight and control of management processes, and the integration of ethics and accountability as cross-cutting principles in decision-making at every level of the Group.
Regulatory compliance and transparency
Regulatory compliance is a key element of Jove Group’s operations. We work to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and the internal policies that govern our activities, fostering a culture of compliance and transparency that builds trust among all our stakeholders.
This commitment is reflected in the implementation of robust internal policies and procedures, the responsible management of information, transparency in financial and tax management, and the adoption of control mechanisms that strengthen the reliability and consistency of our actions.
Quality, safety and environment responsibility
At Jove Group, quality, safety and respect for the environment are not just principles; they are strategic objectives. Our approach is based on the continuous improvement of processes, ensuring high standards at every stage of our operations, from the selection of materials through to manufacturing, project delivery and service provision.
To this end, we are working progressively to implement integrated management systems focused on quality, safety and the environment; monitor and continuously improve production processes; integrate technology and innovation into management; and enhance workplace safety.
Innovation, digitalisation and information security
Innovation and digitalisation are key elements in the development and competitiveness of Jove Group. We are committed to the gradual implementation of technological solutions that improve the efficiency, traceability and reliability of our processes, with particular attention to information security, industrial safety and cybersecurity as essential elements for protecting our assets and ensuring the continuity of the Group’s operations.
The companies that make up JOVE GROUP, FJ and HTS, operate in accordance with the information security and cybersecurity certifications and standards in place within the Group.
These include Cyber Essentials Plus, a certification that verifies compliance with advanced cybersecurity requirements; the National Security Framework (ENS), aimed at ensuring the protection of information and services; and ISO 27001, the international standard for information security management.
These certifications reinforce the Group’s commitment to asset protection, system reliability and the management of digital risks in an increasingly demanding environment.
Whistleblowing channel and internal control
As part of its commitment to ethics and transparency, JOVE GROUP has established a Whistleblowing Channel that allows employees to report, confidentially, any breaches, irregularities or conduct that contravenes the Code of Ethics and applicable regulations. This channel strengthens internal control mechanisms and helps ensure responsible conduct aligned with the values and principles of the Group.
